FutureTel's PrimeWare Software for Windows NT4/2000/XP?:

PrimeWare drivers will work with some PrimeView I, II, Solo, Duet, and Pro encoders and all NS series encoders.  We have used PrimeWare with the PV2-44 and PVS-51 and of course, all the NS encoders.

The NS series encoders were distinguished by the large, code name E4, C-Cube encoder chip with applied heat sink.  There may be some C-Cube DVx, and variations thereof, based encoders floating around which would require a specialized build of this software.  The DVx chips are smaller and require no heat sink.

Works with Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.  May work with XP.

This is the last build before they shut their doors.  Works with Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000.  May work with XP.

Windows 2000/XP Drivers

These drivers will only stop Windows from asking "Found New Hardware" every time you boot.  These drivers are not used by PrimeWare or MPEGWorks as these programs were designed for a Windows NT 4.0 type install with their own integrated driver.  If you do not wish to use these drivers to quiet Windows curiosity, simply click [cancel] every time Windows signals that it found new hardware.
